Surface Treatment / Production Worker, Lieto

Our brand-new, energy-efficient factory in Lieto started operations in July 2024 – but there’s still room for a few enthusiastic Surface Treatment / Production Workers to join us in permanent positions. In this role, you’ll work on a modern hot-dip galvanizing line, where your tasks include hanging metal products, quality control, and packaging. We offer you the opportunity to work in a three-shift system (40 hours/week) in an innovative and developing work environment.

We’re looking for motivated individuals who are ready to commit to a long-term position and handle physical work with a strong grip! Whether you’re an experienced professional or just starting your career, the most important things are a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow. To succeed in this role, you should have fluent Finnish skills, be in good physical condition, and be ready to take on hands-on tasks. A valid occupational safety card is required before starting. Welding skills and forklift experience are considered a plus. Due to the factory’s location, having your own car is practically essential.
