We are now looking for a SHIFT SUPERVISOR to strengthen our team at the Pirkkala hot-dip galvanizing plant.

Job Description
As a Shift Supervisor, you are responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of production, guiding employees, and maintaining quality and safety during your shift. Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and coordinating daily production
- Supervising and motivating your team
- Developing production processes
- Monitoring and maintaining quality and occupational safety
- Managing and reporting any disruptions
- Collaborating with other supervisors to ensure production runs efficiently
What We Expect from You
- Experience in industrial production management, preferably in the metal industry
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Technical understanding and interest in process industry
- Good IT skills and ability to use production management systems
