Utilizing Our Own Solar Power Plant at the Turku Factory
The solar power plant at Aurajoki Oy’s Turku factory was fully commissioned on Thursday, June 27, 2024. As planned, it produces over 3 MWh of clean solar energy per day. The electricity generated by the solar power plant can be fully utilized as part of our Turku factory’s total energy needs, covering about 8% of the annual requirement. Solnet Oy was responsible for delivering the power plant and managed the project efficiently on a turnkey basis.
