New Production Manager Has Been Appointed for Saarijärvi
Petri Mäkinen has been appointed as the new Production Manager of the Saarijärvi plant as of June 16, 2025. He holds a degree in Mechanical and Production Engineering and joins Aurajoki from his previous position as a teacher of mechanical and production engineering at Vocational College POKE. Petri brings with him extensive experience in production and leadership, having worked as a supervisor in gearbox assembly and as a workshop manager at Moventas, as well as a supervisor of aircraft maintenance personnel at Patria.
